This position is a full time, hourly position, 7AM - 3PM Monday - Friday at Seda North America, located in Mount Pleasant, WI. What you will do:
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely movement of materials
• Support production operations by managing stock levels
• Minimize production delays and optimize inventory accuracy in a dynamic manufacturing setting
Specific Duties
• Collaborate with scheduler to establish production sequences and lead times
• Enter, maintain, and verify inventory quantities in SAP
• Close production jobs and work orders daily or as needed
• Manage intracompany inventory transfers to support production timelines
• Generate reports on inventory levels, turnover, and metrics
• Conduct physical inventories and cycle counts
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and shortages
• Coordinate with sales, purchasing, and warehouse teams for smooth inventory flow
• Participate in ongoing process improvement initiatives
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
What you will bring:
• High school diploma and 2 years of inventory management experience
• Proficiency in SAP ERP/MRP systems
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills and strong numerical aptitude
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
• Systematic and methodical approach to tasks
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills
