Baler Operator 3rd Shift

Seda North America is seeking a Baler Operator on 3rd shift to join our team  The ideal candidate has experience operating forklifts, is organized and likes making the most of their time.

Pay starts at $20 per hour, plus earn the shift premium of $2.00/hr. Hours are Monday through Friday 11pm-7am. No mandatory OT

 Specific Duties:

• Safely and efficiently collect scrap paper and other materials from the production floor
• Use sit down and stand-up forklifts, electric pallet jacks and other equipment 
• Load Baler and create bales that are ready to ship
• Maintain safe, clean and organized area
• Load materials into shredder 

Qualifications/ Physical Demands

• 2 years' experience with using pallet jacks and forklifts 
• Prior experience in manufacturing setting strongly preferred
• Strong focus on following safety and PPE requirements as trained
• HS Diploma or equivalent required, technical degree or other certification a plus
• Ability to frequently lift, push and pull up to 50lb weight unassisted and remain on feet standing and walking for 8-hour shift
