Job Summary
We are seeking a highly ambitious, career-oriented, and resourceful individual to manage our busy facility in Oceanside, CA. The team’s typical schedule is Sunday through Thursday:
- Sunday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Monday – Thursday: 9:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Compensation and Perks
- $20 per hour, plus commission
- 1.5% commission on gross monthly revenue above a threshold set at hire, with growth potential as rents increase (many long-term managers earn over $500/month from this component alone)
- 6.25% commission on merchandise sales (locks, boxes, packing supplies), paid monthly
- Estimated additional earnings of $2–$3 per hour from commissions, bringing total potential compensation to $22–$23 per hour

Responsibilities
- Oversee all day-to-day operations of the facility
- Lead and support team members to maximize sales, occupancy, and revenue growth
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing and resolving inquiries professionally
- Sell storage units via phone, email, and in-person using Call Flow Guidelines
- Accurately complete leases and other documentation
- Minimize delinquent accounts through phone, text, and email follow-up
- Network with local businesses to grow community presence and brand awareness
- Conduct inventory audits and perform administrative tasks
- Maintain excellent curb appeal, including cleaning units, hallways, and surrounding areas
Qualifications and Skills
- Sales and marketing experience, or a strong sales mindset
- Passion for interacting with the public
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable with face-to-face networking
- Proficient with technology, including CRMs, web browsers, and Microsoft Office
- Receptive to coaching and feedback
- Property management experience is a plus
