This role includes a highly sought-after onsite residence, allowing you to enjoy an exceptional work-life integration while eliminating a significant housing expense in one of the Bay Area’s strongest rental markets.
Position Overview
As the Onsite Property Manager, you will lead daily operations, deliver an elevated customer experience, and drive revenue performance while living steps away from the property you manage.
Typical team schedule: Monday–Thursday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
(Relocation to San Ramon is required.)
Total Compensation & Lifestyle Benefits
Base Pay: $19 per hour
On-site Housing Included:
- Spacious two-bedroom, one-bathroom residence
- Market rental value exceeds $2,500 per month

Performance Incentives:
- 3% commission on monthly gross revenue above the established threshold
- 6.25% commission on all merchandise sales (locks, boxes, packing supplies)
Estimated total compensation: approximately $20–$21 per hour equivalent, with additional upside tied to performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all day-to-day operations
- Partner with team members to maximize sales, marketing, occupancy, and revenue
- Provide outstanding customer service and resolve concerns with professionalism
- Convert phone, online, and walk-in inquiries into long-term customers
- Execute leases and maintain accurate documentation
- Reduce delinquency through proactive communication
- Build relationships with neighboring businesses to expand community presence
- Audit inventory and complete administrative responsibilities
- Maintain exceptional curb appeal across the property
