Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated, career-oriented professional to support the daily operations and sales at our busy self-storage facility in Napa, CA. This part-time position requires availability on:
- Sundays: 10:00am – 4:00pm
- Mondays & Tuesdays: 10:00am – 6:00pm
Compensation & Benefits
- $20.00 per hour, plus commission
- $500 signing bonus after 90 days
- Commission of $10.00–$20.00 per storage unit rented
- Estimated additional $1.00–$2.00 per hour in earnings
- Total potential compensation: $21.00–$22.00 per hour

Job Type: Part-time
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day facility operations
- Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues professionally
- Sell storage units to phone, walk-in, and online customers using established sales processes
- Complete leases and maintain accurate, organized documentation
- Proactively reduce delinquent accounts through phone, text, and email outreach
- Maintain excellent curb appeal by keeping the office and facility clean and well-organized (including light cleaning tasks such as sweeping units and hallways)
Qualifications & Skills
- Sales or marketing experience (or a strong sales mindset)
- Passion for customer interaction and service
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable using technology, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Previous property management experience is a plus
