What You Will Do
As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will assist the recruiting team with a variety of projects and day-to-day activities that support hiring efforts across the organization. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting recruiters with sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and internal databases
- Screening resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for open positions
- Conducting initial candidate outreach and scheduling interviews with hiring managers
- Supporting the candidate screening process, including phone screenings and candidate communications
- Assisting with job posting management across various recruiting platforms
- Helping coordinate and participate in career fairs, recruiting events, and campus outreach initiatives
- Supporting the new hire onboarding process, including preparing onboarding materials and coordinating start dates
- Maintaining accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Assisting with administrative recruiting tasks, department initiatives, and special projects
- Conducting research and compiling data to support recruiting strategies and hiring decisions
- Actively participating in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and training opportunities
- Gaining exposure to different facets of the organization and talent acquisition process
- Completing assignments accurately and on time

- Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program in Business with a focus in Human Resources
