- 5 years of experience in Information Services or related field
- Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server (required)
- Experience with Sybase ASE or similar relational databases
- Expertise in SQL performance tuning, indexing, and query optimization
- Experience with replication, backup/recovery, and high-availability environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- Replication Server or SQL Anywhere experience
- Background in software development
- Leadership or project management experience
