Role Description
This full-time role as a Lead Security Technician is based on-site in Pensacola, FL. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of security systems, including Access Control, Video Surveillance, Intrusion Alarm, IP Intercom, and others. The Lead Security Technician will ensure the safety and security of facilities through the effective implementation and management of physical security systems. Collaboration with the technical team, adherence to safety protocols, and maintaining high-quality standards will be central to this role.
Qualifications
- Experience with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in security systems
- Hands-on experience with the installation and maintenance of alarm systems
- Understanding of occupational health and safety protocols
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Technical certifications or training in security systems (LenelS2 OnGuard and Netbox, Genetec, Avigilon, Hirsch, DMP, Honeywell, DSC, and other industry leaders) are a plus
