Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) Broker to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a strong closer who thrives in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment. Qualified warm leads are provided daily, allowing you to focus on what you do best—closing deals and building client relationships
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, prospect, and qualify small to medium-sized businesses in need of funding
- Present merchant cash advance products and explain terms, repayment structures, and benefits
- Analyze client financials (bank statements, revenue trends, etc.) to structure appropriate deals
- Submit applications to lenders and manage deals from submission through funding
- Negotiate terms with funders to secure competitive offers for clients
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects through cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Maintain strong relationships with lenders, underwriters, and clients
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Meet and exceed monthly funding and revenue targets
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in merchant cash advance, business lending, or related financial sales
- Proven track record of closing deals and meeting sales quotas
- Strong understanding of MCA products, underwriting criteria, and funding processes
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools
Preferred Skills:
- Existing book of business or client network
- Experience working with multiple lenders/funders
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle objections and close high-value deals

Pay: $60,000.00 - $500,000.00 per year
