Salary: $45,000 - $52,000 annual

Position Summary:
The Data Analyst – will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and presenting election-related data in a clear and accessible manner. This position requires expertise in visual communication, with a focus on producing high-quality reports, dashboards, and visualizations that support informed decision-making.
- Acquire, clean, and validate election datasets from official sources.
- Conduct statistical analyses of voter turnout, demographic trends, and historical election results.
- Design and produce professional data visualizations, including charts, maps, and interactive dashboards, in compliance with state accessibility and design standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, Data Science, Statistics, Public Policy, or a related field.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Power BI, Python, R, or SQL.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
- Experience working with state or federal elections. ie. county election office, poll worker, campaign
