This is a full-time, on-site role for an Associate Attorney based in Tulsa, OK. The Associate Attorney will engage in legal research, handle labor and employment law matters, provide legal advice, and support clients through negotiation processes. Responsibilities also include drafting, reviewing, and interpreting legal documents, consulting with clients, and preparing cases for litigation.
- Expertise in Law, particularly knowledge and application of Labor and Employment Law
- Strong skills in Legal Advice and client consultation
- Proficiency in conducting thorough Research and analyzing legal precedents
- Effective Negotiation skills to resolve disputes and reach favorable outcomes
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Active license in good standing with the Oklahoma Bar
- Prior experience in insurance defense or related areas is a plus
