The Sales Operations Coordinator will support Sales by being a liaison with internal cross functional teams and managing key projects and data to support the sales organization.
The Pricing and Trade Promotions Manager will be responsible for developing and managing our DSMP targets and performance. DSMP will be built with strategic, financial, and business acumen to deliver against business objectives for volume and revenue growth, trade investment and performance metrics. Responsible for identifying insights and opportunities, creating tools and processes, and delivering recommendations that improve investment productivity and drive profitable growth.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead the development, implementation and management of a robust DSMP
- Collaborate with Finance, Marketing and Channel Planning managers to align DSMP guidance with business objectives.
- Oversee the integration of diverse data sources (e.g. syndicated data, internal financial data, panel data) into the DSMP.
- Ensure data quality and implement tools to transform data into actionable DSMP guidance.
- Work closely with commercial team to understand where we have opportunities to profitably expand our retail sales through DSMP execution.
- Drive pricing and trade investment strategies to optimize sales and profit.
- Understand cost structures and profitability drivers for the overall business, relevant classes of trade, and specific customer deals.
- Develop/standardize reporting that highlights DSMP execution focus areas and performance for Field Sales.
- Provide training, documentation, and support to ensure teams can effectively utilize the DSMP.
- Foster a culture of data driven decision making across the organization.
- Undergraduate or Graduate degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting
- 10 years in analytical roles to include category management, finance, sales or marketing.
- Experience in CPG industry, with knowledge of pricing analytics and syndicated data (e.g. Circana, Nielsen (NIQ))
- SAP and TPM experience preferred
- Analytical ability to identify issues and provide suggested solutions to the organization
- Strong focus in process management, experience in process management projects preferred.
