Responsibilities
- Lead and support training for partner nations on OSINT reporting, geospatial tools, and operational dashboards
- Design and deliver instructor led and hands on training programs tailored to diverse audiences
- Incorporate real world mission scenarios into training exercises
- Adapt curriculum to evolving operational and intelligence requirements
- Oversee training related to geospatial analysis and visualization tools such as ArcGIS
- Evaluate training effectiveness and update materials based on feedback and mission needs
- Facilitate sessions in cross cultural environments and ensure clear knowledge transfer
- Coordinate with mission and technical teams to align training with operational objectives
- Duties and responsibilities may change based on program needs
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Intelligence Studies, or related field OR 5 (five) years of equivalent experience in training and curriculum development
- Experience designing and delivering adult learning programs
- Familiarity with OSINT methodologies, geospatial analysis, or intelligence tradecraft
- Exposure to ESRI ArcGIS or similar geospatial analytical tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with diverse and international audiences
- Experience supporting DoD, Combatant Command, or intelligence environments
- Experience working with international partners or interagency teams
- Experience supporting dashboard analytics or mission visualization platforms
- Background in geospatial analysis or operational intelligence support
- Experience assessing training effectiveness and building continuous improvement plans
- Required: None
- Preferred: Instructional design or training certification such as ATD, CPTD, or similar; ESRI technical certification; Relevant intelligence or OSINT related training certifications
- Must have an active TS/SCI Security Clearance.
- Candidate must be a U.S. citizen with the ability to pass a standard background check and drug screening.
