Responsibilities
- Deliver hands on technical training in data engineering, geospatial analysis, and OSINT methodologies
- Develop and maintain instructional content using tools such as Jupyter Notebooks and API integrations
- Teach structured data layer development, metadata management, and data cataloging standards
- Create practical exercises that simulate real world data processing, analysis, and visualization tasks
- Provide instruction on dashboard analytics and geospatial tools such as ArcGIS
- Incorporate secure data environment practices, including RBAC and access control concepts, into training content
- Adapt course material based on Government priorities and mission needs
- Coordinate with the Training Coordinator to align content with overall training strategy
- Provide post training support, documentation, and follow up guidance to students
- Facilitate instruction for both U.S. personnel and partner nation participants
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Intelligence Studies, Data Science, or related field OR 5 (five) years of equivalent experience in technical training or curriculum development
- Experience developing and delivering technical training to adult learners
- Working knowledge of OSINT methodologies, geospatial analysis, or intelligence tradecraft
- Hands on experience with tools such as Jupyter Notebooks, APIs, dashboard analytics platforms, or ArcGIS
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into practical instruction
- Experience supporting DoD, Combatant Command, or intelligence environments
- Experience working with international or partner nation personnel
- Experience supporting interagency collaboration efforts
- Background in data engineering or applied analytics in operational environments
- Experience evaluating training effectiveness and refining course materials
- Required: None
- Preferred: Relevant OSINT or intelligence related training certifications, instructional design or training certification such as ATD or CPTD
- Must have an active TS/SCI Security Clearance.
- Candidate must be a U.S. citizen with the ability to pass a standard background check and drug screening.
