Key Responsibilities:
· Provide administrative support to project managers and executives.
· Assist in scheduling, coordinating meetings, and organizing documentation.
· Handle invoices, receipts, purchase orders, and basic bookkeeping tasks.
· Assist with job costing by tracking project expenses and ensuring they align with budgets.
· Prepare reports and analyze data using advanced Excel functions.
· Maintain office organization and manage supplies.
· Communicate with clients, vendors, and contractors as needed.
Qualifications:
· Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant, ideally in construction.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, VLOOKUP).
· Knowledge of accounting software (QuickBooks, Procore, Sage) and job costing.
· Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· High integrity and accountability.
