AR Construction Group is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our growing construction team in Duncan, South Carolina. This is an in-office position supporting day-to-day operations, billing, and accounting functions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle construction job billing
• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Assist with invoices, vendor payments, and customer billing
• Maintain organized records and job files
• Support office and project administration as needed
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in construction administration preferred
• Working knowledge of AIA billing is required
• Experience with AP/AR and job cost billing
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and stay organized in a fast-paced office
• Proficient with basic office and accounting software
Position Details:
