Daily Responsibilities
Seaview Orthopaedics is a New Jersey-based medical practice specializing in a comprehensive range of orthopedic services, including joint replacement, sports medicine, pediatrics, pain management, physical therapy, and acupuncture. With over 40 years of experience, the practice is dedicated to providing quality care with a team of board-certified and fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeons and doctors. They serve patients across Monmouth, Middlesex, and Ocean Counties, offering treatment for various conditions affecting the foot, ankle, knee, shoulder, spine, and more. Additional services include physical therapy, acupuncture, and regenerative medicine to enhance overall patient wellness.

Daily Responsibilities
- Obtain authorizations for medical services
- Coordinate with insurance companies to verify coverage
- Assist patients with understanding their insurance benefits
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to facilitate patient care
- Scheduling appointments for new and existing NF patients
- Screening potential new patients who are involved in motor accidents or slip and fall accidents
- Verifying medical claim status with automobile carriers
- Answer and direct incoming telephone calls
- Obtaining documentation such as police report, dec sheet, insurance correspondence, prior records
- Submit authorization requests for medical treatment to no-fault insurance carriers.
- Submit pre-service appeals for denied medical treatment to no-fault insurance carriers.
- Verifying health insurance coverage and benefits if applicable
- Attorney correspondence
- Reviewing accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Other duties as assigned
- Experience in healthcare administration
- Knowledge of insurance authorization processes and no-fault Laws
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy
