Join Our Team as a Business Development Associate!

Are you a motivated individual with a passion for sales and business development? Seaview Orthopaedic & Medical Associates is seeking a Business Development Associate to join our team in Ocean, NJ. As a key member of our sales team, you will have the opportunity to drive growth and build relationships with clients in the healthcare industry.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Represent the practice in a professional and friendly manner during visits to referring physician offices, community organizations, and local businesses.
• Assist in maintaining strong relationships with existing referral sources and help identify new opportunities.
• Participate in community events, networking gatherings, and outreach programs to promote practice services.
• Learn and develop a solid understanding of the practice’s orthopedic service lines, physicians, and technology.
• Work with the Marketing Director to execute marketing strategies within assigned territories.
• Support the marketing team on campaigns, events, social initiatives, and content-related projects.
• Distribute brochures, flyers, and other materials to enhance brand visibility in key locations.
• Communicate with potential patients and referring offices to answer basic questions, gather information, and help schedule appointments when needed.
• Collect feedback from the community, patients, and referring partners to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Track outreach visits, referral interactions, and campaign activities.
• Assist in preparing monthly summaries and simple reports based on collected data.
• Monitor competitor materials or activities during field visits and share observations with the marketing team.
• Keep organized records of outreach-related expenses.
• Attend relevant community events or industry programs as requested.
• Support relationships with third-party vendors (printers, designers, community partners, etc.).

Required Skills:

• 5 years with Experience in marketing, outreach, customer service, or healthcare marketing
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable speaking with a wide variety of people.
• Friendly, positive, and professional demeanor.
• Willingness to learn medical terminology and orthopedic service lines.
• Organized, reliable, and able to manage time effectively.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for field visits.
• Proficiency with basic Microsoft Office
• Bachelors Degree

Salary and Benefits:

• Minimum Salary: $25.00 per hour
• Maximum Salary: $28.00 per hour
