Responsibilities
- Leads a medium to large team of Systems Engineers on offshore wind energy-related projects.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and specifications.
- Supports ongoing systems engineering activities.
- Performs requirements analysis, requirements management, and system analysis.
- Develops and maintains project-specific Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools to manage large volumes of documents and project data.
- Maintains systems engineering documentation, including SEMP, requirements databases, and discrepancy tracking databases.
- Manages verification and validation planning, as well as verification results.
- Participates in and manages trade studies, peer reviews, and customer meetings.
- Prepares and delivers technical presentations both internally and to customers.
- Monitors and reports on metrics such as System Technical Performance Measures.
- Trains team members on Project Systems Engineering workflows.
