We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Auto Bodyman to join our team of dedicated professionals.
As an Auto Bodyman at Sears Imported Autos Body Shop, you will perform a variety of tasks related to repairing and restoring damaged vehicles. You will be responsible for repairing body panels and working with various materials to bring vehicles to their pre-accident condition.
- Proven 5 years' experience as an automotive autobody technician, preferably in a high-end or specialized body shop.
- Ability to repair vehicles per estimate and according to manufacturer standards.
- Check parts against estimate and ensures proper parts are ordered and received.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for color matching and finish quality.
- Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude within a team-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and willingness to follow established guidelines, such as hazardous waste disposal, OSHA Right-to-know, etc.
