Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality repairs to vehicles in accordance with OEM specifications.
- Repair/straighten metal panels using proper techniques and equipment.
- Operate frame machines and use measuring systems accurately.
- Work efficiently and maintain productivity while ensuring safety and quality.
- Collaborate with team members and provide input to improve shop processes.
Qualifications
- 5 years experience as an Auto Body Technician (A-Level preferred).
- Ability to use frame and measuring equipment.
- Strong understanding of OEM repair procedures.
- I-CAR Gold Class certification preferred.
- Valid state driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $150,000.00 per year
