About the Role

As an Auto Body Technician, you’ll be responsible for repairing and restoring vehicles to pre-accident condition. You’ll work on everything from small dent repairs to major collision damage. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, values precision, and takes satisfaction in a job well done.

What You’ll Do

• Perform body repairs including dent removal, panel replacement, and frame straightening.
• Disassemble and reassemble vehicles following manufacturer standards.
• Inspect for hidden damage and communicate repair needs clearly to the estimator or shop manager.
• Sand, mask, and prepare vehicles for painting or refinishing.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Contribute to a positive, respectful, and supportive team environment.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 2 years of auto body or collision repair experience preferred (entry level/apprentices welcome to apply).
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; technical training a plus.
• Certifications: I-CAR or ASE certifications are a bonus but not required.
• Skills & Traits:
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable, motivated, and willing to learn.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Schedule

• Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• No weekends & closed most holidays
