• Document every visit—service details, parts used, and next steps—accurately and on time.
• Stay current on the latest appliance technologies and repair methods.
• Deliver standout service and build trusted relationships with customers.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in appliance repair is a plus.
• Hands-on experience as an appliance repair technician or in a closely related role.
• Strong diagnostic skills, attention to detail, and a drive to solve problems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for in-home service.
• Self-starter who manages time well and works independently.
