SCHEDULE | LOCATION: HYBRID
SALARY: $152 - $191K (Commensurate w/Overall Experience) Discretionary Bonus

IDEAL CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree REQUIRED
- 5 Years of Legal Recruitment Experience REQUIRED
- Experience using ATS and HRIS Systems PREFERRED
- Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, LawCruit, viDesktop is PREFERRED
- Experience with WebEx and Flo Recruit is an added PLUS

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- On-Campus Recruitment: Lead and manage on-campus recruitment initiatives, fostering relationships with law schools and coordinating interview processes.
- Candidate Engagement: Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a positive experience for candidates from application through onboarding.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with partners, HR, other office Recruitment Managers, and other stakeholders to identify hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and maintain a broad external network within the legal recruiting community, including peer firm contacts and search agencies.
