Our client, a top international law firm, is looking for an Executive Assistant to support legal teams on a variety of administrative and document production matters
The hours for this role are Monday - Friday from 5pm-1am with an in-office requirement of 3 to 4 days per week. For in-office days, dinner & car service home are provided at no cost.
This EA will play a crucial role in supporting urgent client matters and projects that span various timezones, hence the evening schedule.
Responsibilities include:
Document Production
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations and Excel spreadsheets
- Photocopying, scanning and faxing as needed
Travel Arrangements
- Coordinate conference calls, virtual meetings, and in-person meetings
- Handle travel arrangements for attorneys
Client Relations
- Respond to client calls and other communications in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain records of communications and establish appropriate filing systems
Billing
- Record time for attorneys as required
- Assist with preparation of bill narratives
- Liaise with billing team to respond to all requests
Qualifications:
- 3 years of administrative or secretarial experience
- High level of proficiency with MS Office, particularly Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Typing speed of 60 WPM
- Experience in a fast-paced environment: legal experience preferred but also open to other professional services, financial services, banking, etc.
Salary : $90,000 - $110,000
