What You'll Do
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations across multiple locations
- Own the full month-end close process
- Process payroll hands-on for the organization
- Supervise one Accounts Payable Clerk who handles store-level data entry
- Identify and implement automation opportunities to modernize accounting workflows and bring processes current with today's technology
- Serve as the primary accounting resource reporting directly to ownership
What They're Looking For
- 5 years of bookkeeping or accounting management experience, ideally in multi-unit restaurant, retail, or hospitality environments
- Strong proficiency in bank reconciliations, month-end close, and payroll processing
- Experience supervising or mentoring accounting support staff
- A process-improvement mindset — someone who sees inefficiency and wants to fix it
- Comfortable working in a hands-on, lean accounting environment
- Familiarity with restaurant or multi-location accounting a strong plus
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $75,000 – $80,000 (flexibility for the right candidate)
- Annual performance bonus: up to 15%
