We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruiter I in Arlington, VA . This role will support hiring efforts across various business functions. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, experience in cleared environment, and comfortable managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced, remote setting.
Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and other creative sourcing methods
- Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS and VMS platforms
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Meet or exceed submission and placement metrics
- Coordinate interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams
- Stay current on market trends and talent availability
- Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience in Fortune 500 companies.
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Experience working in clear or US government sector , or professional services roles
- Experience in high-volume recruiting environments
- Experience working for Sales function in organization
- Metrics-driven mindset with strong follow-through
- Pay range for this position will be $ 30.00 to $ 33.00 per hour . Compensation will vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This rate is subject to change.
