This role is a critical contributor to the success of the organization’s Intern Program, ensuring a seamless blend of operational excellence and engaging experiences for interns across the Americas, with select deliverables extending globally. The position partners closely with all FTE Program Managers on the Intern Program Team to deliver a world-class intern experience.
Responsibilities
- Drive planning and execution of summer 2026 intern program operations and logistics.
- Execute and maintain an operationally sound model that supports a best-in-class intern experience.
- Manage processes primarily impacting Americas interns, while supporting global deliverables as needed.
- Partner with the Americas Intern Engagement team to plan and execute support intern engagements across the Americas.
- Support major program events including Welcome Week, mentorship events, and skilling sessions.
- Support marketing and logistics of programmatic efforts
- 2-4 years of recruiting experience
- High volume scheduling experience
- Previous experience with events logistics
- Adaptive to process changes
- Detail oriented
- Experience with Tracking Systems
- Experience using Microsoft PowerPoint, Publisher and Excel
- Excellent communication skills and experience communicating between multiple parties
- Pay range for this position will be $ 22.32 to $ 32.48 per hour . Compensation will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This rate is subject to change.
