We currently have a very exciting opportunity available for a Recruiter II in Seattle, WA .
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle candidate processing, including language assessments, candidate review, and pipeline management to support high-volume hiring needs.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and recruiting stakeholders to align on role requirements, priorities, and hiring timelines.
- Maintain accurate candidate data and activity tracking across multiple recruiting systems and platforms.
- Execute focused sourcing and recruiting work to support large-scale team projects and aggressive hiring goals.
- 3–7 years of sourcing or recruiting experience, preferably within a tech-focused environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to navigate multiple platforms and tools; advanced Excel experience preferred.
- Proven ability to build effective Boolean search strings and engage candidates throughout the recruiting process.
- Experience delivering a high-quality stakeholder and candidate experience in a fast-paced, high-visibility setting.
- Pay range for this position will be $47.47 to $52.47 per hour . Compensation will vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This rate is subject to change.
