We currently have a very exciting opportunity available for a Recruiter II in Arlington, VA . This will be a n 1 1 -month contract role with the potential to convert .
Responsibilities
- Source candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn and other recruiting channels.
- Conduct regular recruiting pipeline initiatives (minimum of three weekly).
- Perform phone screens to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and alignment with role requirements.
- Manage aspects of the full recruiting lifecycle, including candidate engagement and closing.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and activity tracking within the Greenhouse ATS.
- Participate in weekly team meetings and collaborate with recruiting partners and stakeholders.
- Meet weekly outreach and screening goals while maintaining high-quality candidate experiences
- Demonstrate strong ownership of recruiting processes and outcomes.
- Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to develop scalable and efficient recruiting solutions.
- Maintain a high level of administrative accuracy and attention to detail across recruiting activities.
- 5–10 years of dedicated recruiting experience
- Experience with Go To Market
- Experience with sales and corporate hiring
- Experience with Boolean search tools
- Pay range for this position will be $ 47.47 to $52.47 per hour . Compensation will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This rate is subject to change.
