We currently have a very exciting opportunity available for a Recruiter II in Seattle, WA . This will be a n 1 2 -month contract role with the potential to extend and/or convert.

Responsibilities

• Manage a full-cycle recruiting process for technical positions, including Product Manager and Project Manager roles.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs through intake meetings.
• Manage approximately 10 active requisitions simultaneously.
• Source and engage passive candidates using a variety of recruiting strategies and sourcing tools.
• Build and maintain qualified candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Screen, assess, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
• Develop recruiting strategies to successfully fill technical positions.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and provide recruiting guidance throughout the hiring process.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience while managing multiple priorities.
• Achieve recruiting goals in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• 2–4 years of recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for technical positions, specifically Product Manager and Project Manager roles (non-software engineering).
• Proven experience sourcing and engaging passive candidates.
• Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong full-cycle recruiting experience, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, and offer support.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with hiring managers and candidates.
• Ability to develop effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating within a recruiting team.
• Experience working in a metrics-driven recruiting environment is preferred.
  
  

Pay Range

• Pay range for this position will be $ 47.47 to $52.47 per hour . Compensation will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This rate is subject to change.
