Job Overview
A leading, global industrial manufacturer is seeking a senior Employee & Labor Relations executive to lead ELR strategy across the Americas region. This is the top ELR role for a highly unionized, manufacturing-intensive business supporting 15K employees across multiple countries.
Key Scope:
- Executive leadership of labor relations strategy across the U.S., Mexico, and broader Americas region
- First-chair collective bargaining leadership (multiple U.S. CBAs)
- Oversight of 10 manufacturing sites, including a heavily represented workforce
- Leadership of HR compliance across diverse regulatory environments
- Direct leadership of ELR team within a highly matrixed structure
What We’re Looking For:
- Senior ELR leader from a large, complex, unionized manufacturing environment
- Proven first-chair negotiation experience in U.S. manufacturing
- Experience supporting restructuring, workforce transitions, and M&A activity
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence across plant leadership, HR, Legal, and operations
- Balanced, relationship-driven labor philosophy
