What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Director of Accounting position at Real Estate Executive Search, Inc.?
We are working with an Ultra-High-Net-Worth office in Jupiter that owns a number of different companies including a real estate development company and a real estate Fund Investment Company among others to assist them in hiring an experienced Sr. Director of Accounting.
The role will report to the CFO and will have 4 to 5 reports, an Accounting Manager and 3 to 4 Staff Accountants and will be responsible for monthly closings for the parent company, rolling up all other company reporting into the corporate system and also to provide owners and investors with financial reporting for the firm.
Ideally we are looking for previous Public Accounting Experience (preferred) and experience working with a major enterprise software platform (client uses Sage Intacct).
Qualified candidates will have a minimum 4-year business degree and at least 8 years of heavy accounting experience.
Salary : $150,000 - $175,000
