Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Licensing Coordinator to support our team with insurance pre-licensing and onboarding processes. This role is primarily remote with occasional in-office rotation and is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured, high-volume, data-driven environment.
This position plays a critical role in ensuring accurate data entry, timely scheduling, and compliance with licensing requirements for new hires.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and manage candidate information in internal systems
- Review and transfer onboarding data accurately into employee profiles
- Schedule licensing exams and track completion status
- Coordinate background checks and fingerprinting processes
- Maintain accurate, detailed documentation with zero-error focus
- Communicate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding progress
- Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in data entry
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel (required)
- Fast and accurate typing with strong attention to detail
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude
- Ability to work independently without heavy supervision
