What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Manager position at Search Masters, Inc.?
Provide direct leadership to a team of two Maintenance Supervisors, one Maintenance Planner, one Parts Coordinator, one PLC Engineer, two PLC Technicians, and eight to nine Maintenance Technicians
Lead and manage CAPEX projects from planning through execution
Develop and oversee maintenance budgets, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation
BS degree preferred; open to candidates without a degree who demonstrate equivalent experience
Demonstrated experience in heavy metals manufacturing environments
Proven track record managing CAPEX projects from conception to completion
Proficiency with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems)
