As an Engineering Recruiter at Search Masters Inc, you’ll be responsible for partnering up with our Business Development Recruiters Internally and with potential clients for openings in our Engineering, Manufacturing, Distribution and Construction sectors. What Winning Looks Like:
- Make 50 Recruiting Touches a day.
- Scheduling qualified interviews and building relationships with new and existing applicants.
- Selling the value of our services.
- Coaching applicants through the interview process.
- Maintaining detailed notes of interactions and activities with accounts.
- Scheduling Interviews and getting potential job seekers connected to active openings.
- Overcoming objections.
- Communicate regularly with your applicant database via phone, email, text.
- Negotiating salary and vacation at the end of the process

Targeted Compensation for Year 1: $100,000- $150,000/year*(Includes base and commission and Bi-Monthly bonus.) *Range depends on skill level, overall experience, and performance-based commission. As you progress through your KPI’s set for you, there is a high potential to increase your earnings.
