As a Recruiter, you’ll be the ultimate matchmaker—connecting great people with great opportunities. You’ll own the candidate experience from first hello to first day on the job, building strong relationships, identifying top talent, and collaborating with clients and internal teams to deliver exceptional hiring outcomes. Key Responsibilities

• Champion our Redwood Tree Culture and help spread it across every interaction.
• Source and attract both active and passive candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and lead in-depth interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Present qualified candidates to Practice Leaders and Client Managers for review.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Conduct reference checks and verify employment and credentials.
• Extend and negotiate job offers, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
• Build and nurture a pipeline of top talent for current and future roles.
• Stay informed on market trends and recruitment best practices.
• Collaborate closely with team members to meet hiring goals and deliver exceptional service.

What We’re Looking For

Must-Haves:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
• 2 years of customer service or professional experience
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong time management and ability to prioritize tasks independently and collaboratively
• Motivation to meet and exceed recruiting goals

Bonus Points:

• Degree in Business or related field
• Previous experience in a pharmacy setting (e.g., Pharmacy Technician, Pharmacy Assistant) and/or coursework or formal education in pharmacy or a related healthcare field
• Experience in staffing or high-volume recruiting
• Familiarity with Google Suite, ATS platforms, and HR software
• Certified Staffing Professional (or related certification)

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit or remain in a stationary position for extended periods
• Must be comfortable with computer work and frequent communication via phone, video, and in-person
• Willingness to travel to client sites and industry events as needed
