Job Description

  • Responsible for human resources support for a multi-site manufacturing facility
  • Will be responsible for 4 HR Generalists
  • Will be a strategic partner with the executive team and lead employee development, recruiting, succession planning, FMLA and employee relations

Requirements

  • Must have 7 years Human Resource experience out of manufacturing
  • 5 years experience, in a leadership position is required
  • BS/BA degree is required
