Job Description
- Lead the evaluation and assessment of potential acquisition opportunities presented to the company
- Support the full acquisition process from initial assessment through deal closing
- Drive the analysis of acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic alliances
- Build and maintain comprehensive financial models to support transaction decision-making
- Coordinate transaction activities with external investment bankers, accountants, and consultants
- Partner internally with cross-functional teams including Finance, Sales, Legal, Supply Chain, and Executive Operations
Key Requirements
- Extensive high-volume M&A experience with a proven track record of managing multiple deals simultaneously
- M&A experience specifically on the purchase/buy side
- Bachelor's degree required
