Job Description
- Oversee and drive plant quality across Distribution/Re-pack, Injection Molding, and Wire Harness Manufacturing operations
- Provide strategic quality leadership and support to three local manufacturing plants in Coudersport, Wellsboro, and McElhattan, PA
- Directly manage a team of 3 Senior Quality Engineers with 5 indirect reports (IDR) rolling up into the organization
- Lead resolution of all quality issues, including corrective actions, root cause analysis, and problem-solving initiatives
- Manage defective parts disposition and supplier quality issues to ensure continuous improvement
- Oversee quality documentation processes including PPAP, APQP, and P-FMEAs
Key Requirements
- BS in Engineering preferred; equivalent work experience demonstrating the ability to perform the role will be considered
- Background in automotive manufacturing required
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in a quality management leadership role
