Job Description
- Provide overall management and coordination of production operations within an investment casting environment
- Drive performance excellence by establishing and monitoring KPIs and key operational metrics
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives across front-end and back-end manufacturing operations
- Directly oversee 9 direct reports including Front End/Back End Manufacturing Managers and 7 Production Supervisors
- Manage a team of 200-250 indirect reports across plant operations
Key Requirements
- BS in Engineering or Business-related degree required
- 5-7 years of progressive Manufacturing Management and Operations leadership experience
- Demonstrated P&L ownership for manufacturing operations of $50M with 200 employee workforce
- Proven strategic and data-driven leadership capabilities
- Direct experience in Aerospace or Automotive metals forming including casting, forging, heat treating, and super alloys
