Seaglass Technology Partners is a niche, boutique technology staffing firm with a proven track record of delivering high quality talent. Our current clients consist of fortune 100 companies, technology innovators, and top financial services organizations.


As demand for specialized technology talent continues to grow, we’re expanding our sales team and looking for an experienced technology staffing sales professional who can build new client relationships, grow accounts, and partner closely with recruiters to deliver exceptional talent solutions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business through targeted client outreach, referrals, networking, social media, and other prospecting channels
  • Build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with clients and hiring leaders
  • Manage client relationships throughout the full assignment lifecycle, from initial opportunity through delivery and ongoing account growth
  • Partner closely with internal recruiting teams to understand client needs and deliver high-quality talent solutions
  • Expand account penetration by identifying new opportunities across client organizations
  • Stay informed on technology hiring trends, market conditions, and client demand
  • Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address issues to ensure a high-quality client experience


Requirements:

  • 3 years of experience in IT staffing, technology consulting, or technology services sales
  • Proven ability to generate new business and grow client relationships
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Consultative sales approach with strong relationship-building, negotiation, and follow-through skills
  • Familiarity with CRM systems such as Bullhorn, Salesforce, or similar platforms
  • Experience using prospecting tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar tools
  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to manage time, prioritize effectively, and operate in a fast-paced environment
