Our client is looking for T2 Desktop Engineer -- Its a full time role onsite in Marlborough , MA

Top/Must have skills:
- Experience working on an IT help desk/ Junior System administration experience
- Technical troubleshooting (hardware, software, systems)
- Taken ownership of new issues and been the internal escalation point
- Windows Environment support
- Active Directory Experience
- Intune Experience worked on package applications for intune and updated intune packages
- SSO integrations
- Scripting, Powershell Knowledge
- Written documentation on new processes
- Basic networking knowledge (IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi)
Nice to Have Skills:
- CompTIA A or Network Certs preferred
- Experience with network monitoring tools (e.g., ScienceLogic)
- Ability to perform network traffic analysis using network capture tools
- Lifesciences and/or MSP experience a plus
Salary : $65,000 - $85,000
