- Assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and direct patient care with a focus on family-centered approach.
- Deliver care addressing physical, psychosocial, educational, and safety needs across all ages and developmental stages.
- Perform leadership duties, mentor staff, and participate in quality improvement and safety initiatives.
- Support provider staff, promote collaboration, and ensure efficient operations and high-quality pediatric care.
- Engage in evidence-based practice, informatics, and technology duties.
- Participate in staff education and may be assigned to various hospital areas based on patient needs.
- Perform other related duties as required.
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience working with different organizational levels preferred; healthcare experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic medical records (e.g., EPIC) preferred.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required or obtained within 5 years.
- Active, valid RN license in Ohio (Multistate License required within 90 days for certain areas).
- Current Basic Life Support certification required.
- Minimum one year of relevant experience preferred.
