Assist physicians in patient care, carry out clinical tasks, and maintain documentation.
Maintain a compassionate, respectful, and professional demeanor in all interactions.
Perform related duties as assigned, ensuring compliance with healthcare standards.
Qualifications & Skills
Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
Licensed RN or LPN in the relevant state or with compact licensure, meeting all licensing requirements.
Preferably, at least 6 months of clinical healthcare experience, especially in primary care.
Physical ability to lift, push, pull 50 pounds, and perform prolonged standing, walking, and various physical movements.
Strong communication skills, attention to patient care, and adherence to safety protocols.
Certifications
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association or completion within 30 days of hire.
Additional certifications such as ACLS, PALS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, CPHON, OCN, PEARS, S.T.A.B.L.E., or C-EFM may be required depending on the department.
