Key Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and direct patient care with a focus on family-centered approaches.
- Deliver comprehensive care addressing physical, psychosocial, educational, and safety needs across all ages and developmental stages.
- Assume leadership roles, mentor staff, and participate in quality improvement and safety initiatives.
- Support provider staff through collaboration, ensuring efficient operations and high-quality, patient-centered service.
- Engage in evidence-based practices, informatics, and technology duties.
- May be temporarily assigned to different areas based on patient needs.
- Perform other related duties as required.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (or within 5 years of hire), current RN licensure in Ohio, and Basic Life Support certification.
- Minimum of one year healthcare experience preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks.
- Experience with healthcare systems, Microsoft Office, and electronic medical records (preferred).
- Demonstrated leadership, teamwork, and customer service skills.
- Onsite work environment.
