Qualifications & Skills
- BSN required or to be obtained within 5 years of hire
- Current Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association
- Valid Ohio RN license (Multistate license preferred)
- Minimum of one year healthcare experience preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience with Microsoft Office and electronic medical records (preferred)
- Provide comprehensive, family-centered nursing care
- Lead and mentor clinical staff, fostering teamwork
- Support quality improvement, safety, and evidence-based practices
- Utilize technology and informatics for patient care
- Participate in system-based practices and interdepartmental collaboration
- Perform duties across various hospital areas as needed
