- Prescribe medications and manage treatments
- Maintain electronic medical records using Canopy and Greenway
- Collaborate with leadership and care teams to meet health quality goals
- Supervise and coordinate with practice staff
- Perform additional duties as needed
- Medical degree (MD or DO) with board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Active, unrestricted state license and DEA license
- US work authorization
- Motivated to provide excellent care, especially to older adults
- Preferred: Geriatrics fellowship, experience in geriatrics, outpatient primary care, and value-based models; bilingual skills are a plus
