- Provide emergency and trauma care to Soldiers, families, and communities across various settings, from forward units to fixed facilities.
- Perform assessments, nursing diagnoses, planning, interventions, and evaluations for acute and episodic health issues.
- Operate independently and collaboratively, delivering compassionate, competent care, and engaging in education, research, and consultation.
- Develop proficiency in critical care trauma nursing, enroute care, medical-surgical skills, and diverse health tasks.
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing with a current, valid, and unrestricted nursing license.
- Completion of an Emergency Nursing Course or waiver request for experience documentation.
- U.S. citizenship for Active Duty or permanent U.S. residency for Army Reserve.
- Serve in diverse operational environments, supporting combat, humanitarian, and peacetime missions.
- Attend ongoing training, education courses, seminars, and conferences to stay current with best practices.
- Support humanitarian missions and develop leadership skills.
