- Manage inventory of spare parts and consumables.
- Develop and deliver training to enhance team skills.
- Ensure safety compliance, OSHA standards, and warehouse safety protocols.
- Participate in process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives.
- Conduct performance evaluations and support team development.
- Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to resolve issues.
- Technical degree or equivalent experience in Mechanical/Electrical fields.
- Minimum 5 years in facility maintenance, including 2 years electrical repair.
- At least 2 years in conveyor maintenance and supervisory roles.
- Proactive problem-solving skills, adaptability, and leadership ability.
- Experience managing maintenance parts and inventory.
- Hands-on leadership style with strong communication and team motivation skills.
- Ability to work 8-12 hour shifts, lift up to 100 lbs, and perform physical tasks.
- Work around machinery, temperature variations, dust, fumes, and gases.
- Visual acuity, depth perception, and peripheral vision required.
- Flexible schedule including overtime and weekends as needed.
