Outside Sales Representative - Seaberg Construction, Inc.

Seaberg Construction is growing—and we’re looking for a highly motivated Outside Sales Representative to help us expand into a new, untapped market.

This is a base salary commission role with true unlimited earning potential. You’ll own your territory from day one, with no internal sales competition and the added advantage of increased company-funded advertising spend to support your success.

As one of the largest locally owned exterior renovation companies in the region, Seaberg brings strong brand recognition, proven systems, and a steady flow of opportunity—so you can focus on what you do best: closing deals and building relationships.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and grow new geographic market for Seaberg Construction
• Meet with homeowners to present exterior renovation solutions
• Build strong referral networks and long-term customer relationships
• Collaborate with marketing and leadership as we continue to scale
• Adapt quickly as our processes, markets, and offerings evolve

What We’re Looking For

• Highly motivated, self-driven, and comfortable working independently
• Adaptable and growth-minded in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Exterior construction knowledge (roofing, siding, windows, doors, decks) is a plus
• Bilingual in Spanish and/or Portuguese is a strong plus
