Primary Responsibilities:
- Canvas, process, and close your own deals
- Expand your accounts and territories by helping customers succeed
- Network with both individuals and small businesses
- Inspect homes and identify potential problem areas
- Understand the products and services we offer
- Work with sales Managers to hit goals
- Stay positive and focused on your goals!
Skills & Relative Experience:
- Organized and efficient with time management
- Able to be coachable
- Decision-making and problem resolution skills
- Strong follow-up skills
- Exceptional customer service
- Capable of handling multiple projects / tasks at one time
- Ability to build relationships
- Ability to carry a ladder and climb roofs
- Sales experience in roofing industry and knowledge of construction and/or building materials not necessary (but HIGHLY desirable)
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must pass background check - including criminal check
- High School or GED required
- Working vehicle
- Can carry 50 pounds
- Can climb a ladder & roof
- Aren't afraid of heights
- Will knock doors
- Attitude of service and desire to help
- Professional appearance and demeanor

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $225,000.00 per year
